The Tigers played extremely well last night beating Dixie 2-0. Hurricane came out strong and set a strong presence letting Dixie know that they were in control of the game. The first goal of the game was scored by Shantai she received the ball at her feet quickly spun around her defender took a couple dribbles and ripped a shot just inside the 18 on the left side of the field. Her shot was far post just over the goalies head. Shantai's goal got the team more fired up and they came back determined to score again. The second goal was of a corner. Lorina took the corner for the Tigers and found Carly who placed the ball in the net off a nice header!! It was a good team effort, everyone played good soccer last night!! Its also good to have miss Ali back in our line up it frees us up more to try new things!! Varsity your pictures will be posted these next 2 games so be patient:)
